The long-term working temperature of DJYPVP cable conductor: PVC has two types: 70 ℃ and 105 ℃; Polyethylene insulation at 70 ℃; Cross linked polyvinyl chloride insulation is 90 ℃. The cable is allowed to be fixedly laid and used under the condition of ambient temperature of -40 ℃ to 50 ℃, and the environment during laying should not be lower than 0 ℃. The bending radius of cables with copper tape shielding structure during laying should not be less than 12 times the outer diameter of the cable, and the bending radius of other cables during laying should not be less than 6 times the outer diameter of the cable.
The meaning of the DJYPVP code (DJYPVP2x2x1.0):
D - Computer Cable
J - Twisted pair
Y - The insulation material is polyethylene
P - Shielding (referring to wire to copper wire shielding)
V - The sheath material is PVC
P - shielding (total shielding, copper wire), such as P2 is copper tape shielding
The first two refer to two pairs
The last 2 is the number of cores per pair
1.0 is the cross-section of each core conductor
